Hi! First of all, sry for my bad english, im from finland. I have 1996 Fadal VMC 15-XT (3-axis) at my shop and it does strange things daily. 1. Motor overloads are common (X & Y) during rapid moves 2. After Y-axis overloads and axis driver resets, if i try jog it around, i get 1-5 times Y axis position limit 3. Last night i got several times C axis motor overload & C axis servo amplifier fault 4. few runaways occured Suggestions?    |
