Spindle Speed and Adjusting the Baldor Drive

The Baldor drive is running my machine 25rpm higher than programmed... how do you adjust the rpm to be perfect? I think this is my problem with ridgid tapping small diameters.

there is a tool to test if the machine is tracking the rigid tapping. After you adjust the spindle and your axis amps. you set it up in a tool holder and use an indicator to watch if it tracks correctly. You can also make one your self on a Lathe.
