Fadal newbie needs help in S Florida

Just got a 1998 3016 and I could use a little help. Limited CNC experience in general, but a pretty good computer & electronics background.

Got the machine powered up, set the main transformer for our line voltage (about 238) according to chart but the secondary voltage is only about 210. I can figure that part out, but now I'm stuck.

Machine will jog, but not full travel and the monitor is dead even though the filament is lit.

What I would really like is to pay someone to spend some time at our shop and A) look over the machine B) give us some pointers. We are just north of Fort Lauderdale, anybody in the area or have a recommendation?
