Try Kmac they should have it. Look on this site for the phone number

The guys at Kmac helped me trouble shoot my Amp card to determine it was bad. They are great. They did not have any cards though, but still helped me. I had to get mine from Fadalcnc.com. They only had one reman. one and no new.
