    Exclamation corrupt offset table

Got not one, but two 6030s with a gremlin. The offset value (fixture or tool) will, without anyone's help, place a < symbol where a decimal point was. There isn't even a key to enter that on the keyboard.Got a .25 hole in a fixture where there shouldn't be, because it will even happen while running. Anybody?

An update to this 'gremlin' is that the < symbol only appears (when it does) after the number '2'. It may leave some offsets containing a 2 alone, but others it will immediately follow. The decimal point is still there. Example - 2<.032. Any help ?

    Suggestions:
    - Reinitializing the memory.
    - Remove and re-seat the memory expansion board several times to clean the contact pins.
    - Clean the processor board back plane pins with a pencil eraser.
