G91H0Z0
E0X0Y0
this codes are the same as G28Z0 / G28X0Y0 (RETURN TO HOME) ?

osomaker, there is a nice cycle for circle milling - L9400/L9401, if youre' using 'Legacy' (HS88) CNC. Try it, Im' using it often for holes milling (btw, Fadals' accuracy is very good - Im' having ellipse about 0.004 mm at holes from 10 to 72 mm diameter).

Unfortunnaly, I dont' now how to rebuild MC's post for using this cycle, but its' very easy to add it in your programm manually.

I am using a Fadal with format 2. I have MC and I have a Fadal post for it. I can send it to you if you would like to try it. The only thing I cant get it to do is post a rigid tap cycle. All I do it change the code from and G84 to a G84.1 and it will run just fine.

mojo you could call your mc reseller and they can talk you through the post mod for the G84.1, or you could log onto emastercam forum and ask for help. Just dont ask for a post they dont like that.
