| You need to change your post processor output. I assume you are using format 2 and I believe RhinoCam pro is the same as VisualMill. In your post processor under "circle" change the output to IJK only and Set Vector from start to center. Give this a try. I had the same issue with the default post. MecSoft has a support forum as well for your future reference. I believe the parameters are also changeable in the MC under SetP but the post changes should do the trick

| Format 1/2 is on your machine control (I assume your 80s vintage 88HS is like my 90s vintage). Format 1 is "Fadal" format and format 2 is "Fanuc emulation" Format. Most people I know use format 2, there are a few people on this forum who do use 1 though. To change formats go into SetP and it is the first option. Read your operater manual, they are available online as well. http://www.fadal.com/fileadmin/fadal...ndex.php#name0

| Chrisw765, If I remember right, there are 3 pages of parameter settings for the 88 controls. You probably just looked at the first page. It is the one that contains the travel parameters first. Hit the space bar to get to the next page, if I remember right. |

| If you are using IJK values dump the R values. IJK values are measured incrementaly along the axis from the start of the arc to the center of the arc. If you are starting at zero on one axis you only need to define one value. Example: tool is located at x.5 y0 and you are going to x0 y.5 you would program g3 x0 y.5 I-.5. This will produce a .5 radius arc about x0y0. Don't forget tool comp. |
