Is my CNC88 missing the fixture utilities?

I'd like to be able to find the center of a round hunk of raw material for my fixture offsets but it doesn't look like I have the fixture offset utilities?!?!?

I have a 1400-4 CPU and graphics (which are useless, why are they there?), the front of the pendant says CNC88, without the HS. Do I have some kind of old software or something? Or am I just going about it the wrong way?
