Are you running the Cold Start procedure correctly? Tabs lining up? Has someone reset the machine zero position?

It travels 16" down from normal home and 4" up for a total of 20"

How sad and true it is
We have had good luck with our Fadals milling mostly soft steel and aluminum up to 5 axis. We are always looking for spare parts :) If you have a broken down Fadal give a shout.
