    Red face G-Codes....

    Hello.

    1.
I need some help with programming.
Looking for a code that sets 0.1 mm for a fine cut at the end...
Is there a code that can help me?

    2.
And G51.1 (mirror), how does that work ? i try to use it someday, but i cant get it to work...
Isnt there any block number i should write in, in that block?

That i ment on the question 1.

On picture, you see what i do often on my job.. And i dont want to program two lines...
I program with G41, and i run on the left side of the line.
If i want to take a cut to just remove the material, and then take a "finish" cut to get the tolleranses...

I make test samples of pooooor aluminium, so i need to run the sequence two times..

So i program the endmill to take one side first, then go over and take the other side, and start from the beginning, and take the last 0.1 mm...
    Some offset or scaling..

    Sorry for my bad english...

Just call another Tool offset with a smaller dia (eg.; T2H21)
    G51.1X0Y0 is mirror two axis, 0r G51.1 X0, G51.1Y0.

    Hello again..

Is there a g-code that i can repeat lines?

If i make bloks like this:

    G0 X0 Y0 Z2
    G1 Z-2
    Y50
    X50
    Y0
    X0
    G0 Z2

And i want to take another cut...

    G0 X0 Y0 Z2
    G1 Z-4

Help with subprogram, format 2, 88hs

You will have to move your variable into the main program. In your case it is the Z move.

The Z move could be made incremental within a sub program.
    Something like this-

    L0100
    G91G1Z-2
    G90
    Y50
    X50
    Y0
    X0
    M17
    M30

    G0X0Y0Z1
    G1Z0
    L0102
    G0Z1

Everytime through the subprogram the Z will be 2 deeper. Don't forget the
    G90 after the Z move!

    I see...

But is there a G92 code?

G92, is that the block it is placed in, run incremental, and not the next...
