This machine keeps coming up with these errors and i am needing help to fix this, the zero is always out too when trying to home

the first screen is SPINDLE faut, heve to clear it before any moves.

I believe error 31 is related to orientation, but it basically means the sensor for orientation is not being made. IT could be and issue with the sensor, a broken belt (if it is a poly chain), or a loose connection. Are you able to turn on the spindle in hi and lo range? When EXACTLY does the error occur? This will be the best way to help with problem.

The tool changer was jamming due to swarf so once that was taken care of the machine ran fine, thanks for the input guys
