Hello everyone,
We have Fadal 6030 which need it a new spindle/motor belts. After replacing both belts, the spindle load is at 50% by just having the spindle on at 1000 Rpm. I'm not quite sure what is the problem. Maybe new belts? Any Ideas?

I woudl ingore the spindle load meter. It is possible your motor may need a megging. It is also possible your spindle inverter need a fix. All our 6030's show 30% spindle load just idling at 45RPM.
We have had good luck with our Fadals milling mostly soft steel and aluminum up to 5 axis. We are always looking for spare parts :) If you have a broken down Fadal give a shout.
