    Fadal lube system help needed

I'm working on an older 4020 lube system with Bijur FJB units that someone has modified (butchered/mixed up sizes etc.). I'm thinking the units should be size 00 on the screws, 0 on the gibs/straps, 1 on the Z axis flat and maybe even a 2 on the X and Y flat ways.

Can someone give me some guidance on the proper size and placement of the metering units?

    Thanks,

    Dave

I thought I posted a sheet that had all the sizes on it a few years ago but couldnt find it. if I can dig it up at work I will post it.
If you call fadal support they can email you the pdf file.
Fadalcnc should also have the size's I think it might be in there manual section. I got some of the ones I needed from them

There are 2 stacks of metering units. one underneath the left said of the x axis and one on top of the z head

on the older fadals the parts # are lub-0067 10 way manifold for VMC6030 saddle and lub-0068 8 way manifold for VMC6030 Z axis head - lub-0069 and lub-0070 are for VMC4020 same as above - this will get both the uper and lower manifolds with meters
    not expensive -Dave
