How do I remove a Tapmatic SPD3 from a Fadal Holder with a 1.1" shaft?

Remove? As in you have the drive shaft of the Tapmatic stuck in an end mill holder?

If the end mill holder is for through coolant, you can pull the retention knob and use a punch to try to drive it out.

The Tapmatic unscrews from the holder. If you do not have the wrench that came with it you will have to make one. The two flats are at the top of the Tapmatic.
