MAG Fadal has been inundated with calls from people that have purchased what they thought were Genuine Fadal engineered parts. These calls have been from customers, field service technicians and authorized MAG Fadal distributors.
After about 10 minutes of evaluation, we've discovered that the parts were purchased from non MAG Fadal authorized agencies that sell third party, reverse engineered parts as well as used parts.
You are always free to choose where to get your Fadal replacement parts. You should know that no matter where you get your parts, that agency will always refer you back to us (MAG Fadal) when they can not resolve your issue or fix your machine.
We still employ original Fadal technical support team members. We own and use original Fadal Engineering documentation. We wrote the original Fadal manuals.
