Ballscrew Coupling and thrust bearing mount plate.

Well now that everyone has helped me fix the oiling problem on the 6030. We had the machine cutting and the side of the thrust bearing plate blew out!! on X axis. Also discovered that the ballscrew to servo coupling is a boston gear resilient coupling with a blue urethane spider.( Could have also contributed to the increasingly poor finish.) The ballscrew is smooth and so is the table movement. The plate shows signs of being broken for sometime. We are in the process of making a new plate. Does anyone have a coupling brand or style they recommend? Thanks In Advance!!

The original fadal couplers where cast alum then switched to cold roll with a yellow spider that later the switched to Delrin.

The fadal replacement parts would be mtr-0155 for the 2-lobe derlin (I prefer these, rigid steel coupling w/derlin insert, less trouble).or the mtr-0189 4-lobe zero backlash type, these are clamp stye, the 2-lobe is key and set screw type.i have seen the 4-lobe ones break but not the 2-lobe type.
