    Default Chip conveyor on 6030

We are looking to fit chip conveyors to our 6030 machines. The jobs we are currently running are primarily aluminum. I am tired of flooding the floor and we need to have our machines running through the night to stay on schedule. Has anyone here ever attempted or accomplished this? If so, what company did you get your conveyors from? I have looked at the Jorgenson conveyors as I have used those in the past with good results. The Mayfran conveyors did not seem to be as robust. If you have any good info please post.
    Thanks in advance.

Thats what I found out about the 6030 or 8030's that the coolant drains get plugged quite often. We have a 6 foot long brush for this.

We have had good luck with our Fadals milling mostly soft steel and aluminum up to 5 axis. We are always looking for spare parts :) If you have a broken down Fadal give a shout.
