Leak on the top of the Z axis ball screw

I have a leak from the chiller system its coming from the top of the ballscrew housing on the z axis
    95 40x20
what needs to be done to fix this? is it a pain in the butt

I looked at capping it of but from what I have seen if I cap that off it will also not run through the spindle system.

    Thanks
    Delw

It sounds as though the seals on the cooling tubes are leaking. It needs to be fixed ASAP as the Dowfrost will wash the grease out of the thrust bearing and ruin it.
