Setup is X-Y-, stock is 1" 6061 aluminum, DOC is 0.85.

The setup sheet with tools is included in the file.

This part is a compression tool to change the bellville springs in your spindle so it isn't wasted stock...cool eh? The two inner holes get threaded for 3/8 16 bolts, the outer ones are clearance holes for 5/16-18 bolts.

Important...this is in Fadal format 2. You can check what format your machine is in by hitting "setp" at the command prompt and scrolling through it, change to format 2 if you are not there already.

Code is by Onecnc, I've never had a dry run....no need. Check out Onecnc for bullet proof code.

Lemmie know if you have any questions.

I should add that I can't know if there is something amiss with your machine...keep that index finger by the slide hold for a bit till you know it's good to go.

Keith, There are some bugs in the most recent Fadal post on the website, as on several of the other posts. I do not understand why they do not change these where they will work. I guess the want you to pay their maintenence fee and they will send you a post that works. Go to Cam/Setup/Macro and look at the files and you will see some of the problems if you are familiar with Fadals and Format2. You might open several other posts and look at them to compare. I did have a post that worked well at one time without using any scripts, just the replacement text files. It can be done, you do not have to learn scripting to fix a post the way you want it. You just have to do without all the fill-in the blank boxes, then manually edit the text. In the long run it will pay you to learn a little about scripts though.

Keith
I will try to get in touch with the cad man where I use to work. He had his post to run without (for all practical purpose) any glitches. I dont know if he will help but it is a free call. It was before Bobcad came out but he was really sharp, and might set us on right path.
