I'm looking for RS232 to RJ45 adaptors. A friends connector was damaged when moving the mill, and the other end is different... At another friends shop all of his wire edms and fadal mills use these connectors and they look rather cheap, but they were there when he bought the business so he can't help me, I have tried local chain stores like Microcenter and Radioshack and all they have are fancy $150 models... The one on the old dos machine that uses FadalNC assist to DNC has a custom wired one(it looks homemade), could I just buy 2 new ones and use standard Cat5 w/ standard connections to get this working again or do we need to call in a specialist... The machine in now located near Milford Michigan... and uses a Type 88 control |
