Newbie- VMC 3016 Spindle would not stop

Hello Group, I have a VMC 3016 that I use 4 or 5 times a year. (yes I wrote a year) We are a small shop that uses the machine to create graphite molds for casting glass into. Its an art thing. Last time I ran the machine I got the following error messages. I am wondering if anyone has experience with this issue

1.) Spindle would not stop
2.) Inverter fault
3.) Amplifier fault on axis C

I understand the spindle not stopping part. but not sure why or if it is that big of a deal.

If you were rigid tapping and received the "spindle would not stop" error message, you probably have a G84.2 in your program. Remove it. This code was used on the early machine (over 10 year old machines) but can interfer with the later softwares. I have only seen this error message come up during rigid tapping.
