Need Help!- DATC

[DMAXAM]

I have been having problems with the tools sticking in the spindle
during the tool change. I have some sqweaking in the arm as it rotates
and when the tool is put into the spindle there is a sqweaking sound.
Can any one give me some clues on how to fix this problem.
I've had a repair man here and it still is happening.

Are the tools having trouble going in/out of the spindle when hand loaded or just with the datc?I have the manual for the datc if you want it so you can go through the system if the issue is only on the datc.

Tools load and unload just fine, I have the manual and very thing checks out ok. I get a error message for the draw bar but when the repair man was here we check the tension on the draw bar and it was fine..

Is it a waiting on air valve error?

I always hit the tool with a hammer , works good for me...

Alex I pulled the draw bar out and there was little grease on the shaft and washers, they are now greased real good. I replaced the floater sleave and replaced the oring on the draw bar cylinder.
I put it all together and it still sticks when loading a tool with the arm.
I tryed the DI/DD opion to move the arm but it won't go down with that option
I want to look at the pins to see if they are binding. Other then that I'm lost.
Not shure what is next. Do you have any Ideas.
