There is probably a simple answer to this, but it is eluding me ![]() I have installed the proper 120VAC relays on the 1100-1D board to use the USER M functions (M60-69). I am trying to get a response from the M60/61 relay. I have installed the fuse, the jumper to get the 120V supply to the relay as outlined in the (March 03) Maintenance Manual, section 9, page 341. I have a light bulb wired to the output just to see if I can get it to switch on and off. But no such luck. When I manually input common M codes such as M7,8,9, I get the code listed in one of the middle "active code" box on the screen showing that code as active. I don't get any such indication that the code is active when I input M60-69. Is there a setup or command variation that I am not doing right? Thanks in advance for any help! More info on this: I just figured out there are little LEDs on the relay board that show which M code relays are active. In fact I AM getting ON/OFF indications from the LEDs for M60/61. So I must have a downstream wiring issue. (time for the voltmeter!) Robert |
