Newbie- Hydro-Sweep

How the heck does it turn on? Manually that is.

There should be a control on the front of the machine just below the pendant that allows manual control of the Hydrosweep.

I don't see or don't recognize anything like that. I have a coolant 1 and a coolant 2 button on the pendant.Coolant 1 activates the tooling coolant but coolant 2 button does nothing.Other than that I see no other controls. I think anyway. I'll post a pic later today.

It sounds like you are missing a small sheet metal box mounted on the front of the machine that has two knobs. One knob controls the on/off the other controls the cycle duration. You can also use an M20 or M80 (both were used at diffeereent times) to turn on and off the device. The "M" code are toggle codes.
