I am in the middle of replacing my belleville springs and have found conflicting prints regarding the amount of springs that my machine requires. It has a 10k spindle with a locking drawbar. The spring pocket is 4.25" deep. My manual has a print that shows 42 springs, and another that shows 43. I put 42 springs in and I get 1175 lbs. When I put 43 springs in I get 1725 lbs. Does anyone know without a doubt how many springs are supposed to be in this pig, or what the drawbar force is supposed to be? Thanks, |
