I just got a 4' x 4' plasma table on Friday. Needed to get it into a room with a fairly small doorway, but it juuuuuuust fit and I spent the weekend testing it out and setting it up. Need to speak to Ez router about a couple of things, but hopefully we'll get it all cleared up later today.

Also got the THC kit, but the PCI parallel card I had lying around from a VERY old computer didn't seem to work quite right so I decided to just ditch it and get a newer (and confirmed working with Mach) card. Should be here tomorrow. Haven't installed the THC sensor board in the plasma machine yet as it looks to be a bit more of a daunting task than I realized. One step at a time...

That was my aproach also, only try to solve one or two things at a time and don't look to far ahead or you'll out think yourself. Once it's up and running you'll realize it wasn't that bad. HAVE FUN,,,,,,,,,CURLY

Called up John at ez Router and he set me straight. Has been nothing but great customer service so far - from buying to setting up the table. I've been very pleased so far.

I decided to make a mount for my Hitachi M12VC router and install it on the Z-axis. My table is down so I figured I might as well do something with it in the meantime...

It is great to see some ez-router customers coming out and speaking. i have been following the zone for quite a few months but decided today that i was going to speak out about my machines and let people know my experiences.

I have two machines from ez-router (1 plasma, 1 router) i have been nothing but pleased, from sales to service they have been top notch. i look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

My Ez-Router

Hi guys, I just wanted to take a moment to post a picture of my machine (Router/Plasma combo table only, I built the base). I'll do a write up on my experience and table in a few weeks when some deadlines pass.

Overall my experience with EZ-router has been 'good'...the guys are a kinda forgetful which was really frustrating during the initial setup (when you are new to CNC's its impossible to tell which parts are missing if you don't even know they exist! and not having a real manual or packing list certainly doesn't help) but they were always polite, apologetic (hey, it matters!) and made good on all of my issues. John in tech support is GREAT. Most of the pros outweigh the cons and overall I am happy with my machine.

+ d,

Nice frame you build for the EZ router. I would like to hear or see some more about the adjustable height table that you have pictured...
