Cutting in one pass depends on many things, size of your pieces, material, level of vacuum, condition of spoilboard, density of spoilboard.
Lots of questions, but it will help to know your situation better.
Dear Miz,
Thanks for your reply and very sorry for my late reply.
My machine is almost 1 year old now,
I work with bSuite ver2.5.5.712 / bCabinet ver16.8.82 / bNest ver2.6.0.246
.
The material I mainly use is 19mm chipboard melamine (melamine on both sides). I usually cut in 2 passes for 2 reasons, reason 1 the piece rarely moves only small piece move ( 90mm width or less are the piece that often move and get ruined ) and reason 2 I find less chips on the top of the melamine.
The cutter I use is a diamond cutter 12mm with 3 flutes.
Is there a way that I can increase the level of vacuum ?
The spoilboard I use is 16mm common mdf (brown) and I use the a 35mm flycut to reduce the thickness by 0.2mm to make it flat and clean.
Once again thanks for your previous reply.
