Help from newbie to convert DXF Files in ESSI (for ESAB cut machine)

Thank to all. I am a newbie and I need help on how to convert dxf files in ESSI format for a ESAB cut machine. Can someone help me? Or can someone give me some info on how is possible to convert, products, cad/cam or similar?
