Need help with ID part serial number on CNC producton machine

I am James and I am new to the forum.

Does anyone know if it is possible that ID or mark the serial number of the finished part on the production CNC machine?

A little more explanation would help as the sentence above does not mean anything.
Are you trying to add a serial number to a part that has been made?
Are you trying to find a serial number on a CNC machine?
The answer to either will depend on the type of CNC machine you are using.

if you need to mark parts with a part number it will be quicker to roll the number onto the part
the down side you need to have a roller made for each job
