Default Promoting a CNC Machining Business

    Hi there!

I am in charge of developing business in Europe/Brazil for
my precision cnc machining business. The company was created from franco-chinese long-term partnership. We are based in China and Internet is our only tools which permit us to gain visibility. I wonder what is the best way to promote a cnc business via Internet ? Any ideas ?
Do not want to use Emailing, I would like to set up some win-win partnership with others companies abroad but I do not know how should I choose them ...

Sounds like you need a commercial manager.
I used to do this .. Increased sales 11-fold in first year.

Anyone good will have lots of examples and proof of results.
They will start at 6 figures minimum.

We built up a new sales team, from zero.
I was the first hire, and we got 19 people in 4 months, 8 in sales.

    1. We paid everyone well, and
    2. Gave them support, and
    3. Had a good sales strategy with *structured sales*.
    4. We also built our own quoting system, for making real-time offers. IT stuff.

    All 4 are critical.
Impossible to do good results if you miss any one of these.
Average sales per person go up 4-fold when you do all the 4. parts properly.
Only after you have trained, motivated, experienced people, and parts 1-4. do You actually start to get the big, major, benefits.

Of course, our company, at the time, was the nr1 seller of VMCs for the nr1 manufacturer in the world, by nr of machines, with over 600 machines sold/year.
I have been doing b2b sales for 25 years, in several countries.

    Details matter, a lot.
Just like in machining, "close" and "almost" are not good enough.
