Hi folks, just came in I got a random servo error on headstock drive at a Mazak milling machine with Mazatrol M2 control, and manuals are missing like always. There might be alot causing that overload error, all i did so far was to fix hydraulic counterbalance and check the spindle bearings. Timing belt and pulleys looks fine aswel, i'd go further with tunning drive parameters, before a complete motor and resolver diagnosis. If anyone could help with M2 manuals I would appreciate.  |
