What type of program do you need to transfer?
Is it a part program? Is it a PLC program?......

Hi Aiman Ebraheem !

The machine lost the memory because akku is dead .I change the akku but i do not know exactly what file must be transfer in PLC and in CNC. I used to transfer X_GEMA.EXE.I have experience with a similar machine BIMA810. For this machine we have all necessary steps for transferring program. But are different. We found in hard disk and a floppy disk but you do not know exactly what should be transferred and in what order.Anyway, i transferred some inspiration from Bima 810 for the first time and were turned out until digitale. But not until we know exactly what should be transferred not think we will succeed.
Thank You !

Dear Admis

"The machine lost the memory because akku is dead" .
What is akku??
Any way, I have NUMTool. This software can be used to transfer all types of files to NUM CNCs
PLC files *.xla
Parameter file *.xpa
These are the main files which must be transferred on backup processes

Dear Aiman Ebraheem !

The Akku battery is Ni-Cd 2.4 V mounted on the CPU board.I think i do not transfer all parameters machine *.XPA. Only these groups of files*.xla and *.xpa should be transferred ? I ask you because for BIMA 810 i transferred *.xcx and *.xus *.xla and *.xpa.Today i delete all and i transferred only these groups of files*.xla and *.xpa.Do you have the same machine or something ? Do you know how many files contain each group?
I keep in touch. Thank you !!

Best regards !!

Dear Amisdaniel
Only these groups of files*.xla and *.xpa should be transferred ?
No, These are the main files not all files. You may also need to transfer *.xpi which are stored in the protected areas of memory.
I ask you because for BIMA 810 i transferred *.xcx
What is BIMA 810
Do you have the same machine or something ?
Yes, I have CNC milling machine with NUM POWER 1040 control system
Do you know how many files contain each group?
It depends upon the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) not NUM
Till me Amisdaniel
What is your machine builder or OEM
How do you transfer files into CNC (by which software)?
What type of files do you have? How is it obtained?
What is your MMI? Is it Industrial computer?
Best regards

Dear Aiman Ebraheem !

The manufacturer is IMA-NORTE. BIMA 810 is similar with BIMA 800.
I used to transfer X_GEMA.EXE.With this program I transferred files from BIMA 810.This machine(BIMA 800) never worked in our factory until now.Is a second hand machine. And I also CncDisk version 2.0.0.0 .I made a special cable for this software.
I have not found any file with extension *. XPA .Is that bad? At this moment do not make reference point.File with the errors and the tools not found. That I want to know what order and what files must be transferred. But your machine is different.Thank you because you tried to help me.I do not know if the hard disk there all software for CNC.Someone from Germany ( where it was bought) wiped windovs 3.11 but not wiped out and the way in autoexec.bat.And X_GEMA.EXE runs under Windows 3.11.I installed windows 3.11 again. Now X_GEMA.EXE running.
This is why we made comparison with BIMA 810.We started with successful another machine BIMA 600.But this I know all the steps. And is the simplest.
I keep in touch. Thank you !!

Best regards !!
