Hi guys I'm new here, and new to the CNC world. So far I have mechanical finished my homebuilt router. I have a question about choosing motors to my router. So far I have landed on Xylotex 3 axis system kit with their 269 ox-in. motor. In my router I use common leadscrews, M12 in X, M10 in Y and M8 in Z-axis. See some videoclips here: My question is.... is this a good choose? Do you recommend other types of motors? Knut A |
