Hitachi seiki vm 40 lsbus problem

I have a problem the maschine is year 1989 and when i start the maschine in the monitor apers PC NOT READY and than LSBUS NOT READY .
The maschine was working and then the fuse has gone i put a new one than after restart have this problem .What is the problem ?
Can someone help me ?
