| Help needed Setup of Stepmasternc SOP-2B Hello I have just bought a StepmasterNC SOP-2B 4 axis controller and 4 Sonceboz 4 wire Bipolar Stepper motors. It came with the free version of Mach 2. I don't intend to build a CNC Machine just yet but merely want to be able to move any or all 4 motors. I connected the motors to the controller correctly ( I think) I loaded the software into my computer which has XP Pro and done the test all was well. All I would like to do now is to just make the motors move. I read the .pdf help file (the relevant parts) but couldn't get it to do anything. I realize that this is basic stuff but I gotta start somewhere ! If anyone is willing to help I would be delighted. Last edited by augmentedchords; 04-11-2007 at 08:50 PM. |
