CNC lather with automatic loader. Portugal!

I'm from Portugal and I'm starting a new business in the milling field so, for start, I want to buy a cnc lather with automatic loader so I can put the machine working in some periods of time while I´m doing other things.

My budget is around 20K. The accuracy is 0,0004'' or less. Any suggestions?

Até aqui em Portugal temos equipamento com esses requisitos como a Indimco ou a Ouplan... Também existem várias marcas europeias com qualidade a baixo custo, mas há também os suprassumos na área como: Mecanumeric,Cielle,Zund...
