| I make small rudders through a casting process and am now working on milling the moulds where I used to cast those from hand made master moulds. You can also mill them from two sides, leaving some material uncut to keep the thing connected to the stock, then turn over using guide pins for positioning, then mill the other side. If you mill two in a mirror image side by side you only need one file and use that twice. I am using pycam to create the g-code from .stl file.
