Hi there, We have a Biesse Rover A 3.30 K4 and have an error message coming up. Error message- PLC9046> Slot tool- present sensor lacking (1 in 52) We have started the machine as usual and carried out calibration. We then loaded a program but the machine fails to pick up the tool (diamond cutter) We have had the machine drill small vertical and horizontal holes but when the machine went to pick up a tool bit to trim the panel the error appeared again. Many thanks Dan |

| you have three sensors in main head you must took a metal sheet that cover them, and you should clean the second or middle, probably is a lot of metal dirt on it but just be careful with it its positioned with micrometers and you should put it back how it was been, and the worst is that is sensor damaged and you will need buy new one if you dont find it i can send you picture where to look |
