Hello,

Has anyone retrofitted an EMCOTURN 220?
Any Advice on what I'd need to do to run mach on this via a PC and get rid of the control unit?
Also how would I control the spindle speeds.....Please help.

Hi, I just retrofitted an Emco 340 lathe with Mach 3. Takes time but it works.

Any guides and were you running 3 phase for the motor?

Used a 3 phase motor with a VFD and works fine.
