Which kind of machine and numerical control do you have ? when is this alarm appears ? at power on, during milling cycle,or tool changing ?

Dear Wilfrid,

like I said on early message, I had Kitamura Mycenter 1, the control is Fanuc CNC K1, the alarm appear when I send my program from PC to CNC, the alarm #99, message P/S 101.

Hi,

Did you check the NC parameters related to rs232C interface ?did you arrived to send program from NC to PC ?

Check the parameters 12 and 552.

In my manual, with a fanuc nc 0 (normally installed on this machine) the alarm 101 appears when the power was turned off while rewriting the contents of the memory in the part program storage & editing operation.

To clear this alarm, you should set the setting data PWE to 1, turn off the machine, wait 20 s, turn on the power while pushing the DELET button to clear the memory.

Before this operation i advise to do a backup NC and PMC parameters.

If you clear program memory you should also make sure that the 9000 macro programs are write protected by setting para 0010 bit #4 to 1.
(On a Fanuc 0).
