Need Help!- post update

Guys,
can i use a post from an older version of esprit and use it in a newer version.

i.e. going from X to 2007. the posts are for both mill and lathe work. do i need to update the posts or do i jess plug em in and run.

There's been a lot of changes to the post between X and 2007. I'd be surprised if you get the same results from both, but it's worth a try. What machine/control?

Okuma osp 5000 & 7000 controllers. how do i go about migrating the posts
