You have to have some way of inputting your rotation angle required into your cad cam software program & then write a post that will output the line in the way required for the mc to read. I did it just for indexing moves of a B-axis between normal 2D XY moves for my Maho with full rotary table built in. On the PC I see XY ( and the B degrees is noted on one feature of the program segment, ie the fixture number), on the Maho in horizontal mode it uses XY & Baxis is vertical (facing upwards). I have one post for vertical milling and one for horizontal milling, wrote them both myself but it takes a lot of trial & error testing to get them right! Using center fixturing I can mc all around facets of a part & "call" the vertical program to machine on top too with the vertical spindle automatically swung in and the toolchanger able to put same tools into either horizontal or vertical, magic to use and watch! MH700S model Maho 1989 year 36 tools twin pallets "Whiz Bang MC" one friend called it.
ie "Fixture Number" might be reserved for the post processor to read as Table Degrees
say 187.258 degrees (my mc moves to one thousandth of a degree).
Simultaneous 4 axis XYZB moves are also possible but must be edited on the mc though.

in Esprit, go to machine setup, assembly and add the axis you want (a, b or c) depending on whether you pick a b or c it'll give you a default vector of x y or z...

in your post, add a formattable code called AAXIS (look in post help for the full detail)

in your EX_RAPID or any place that you want the index to occur (EX_STARTPOINT, EX_CYCLESTART, etc.) Place your axis command for that axis (A, B or C). Don't be confused with AAXIS only being for an A axis - AAXIS is the call up for the primary axis, BAXIS is the secondary.
