    Threaded rod or standard inserts?

    Hello everyone!

I'm facing a little problem. I have a zx7016 mill (chinese). It has serious issues with rigidity so i decided to fill it's base (column and head too) with E\G. The problem is whether to use standard inserts or threaded rod for column mounting.
    Here's how it looks like:

The picture shows machine's base, upside down. The area of interest is around the column. 4 bolts which hold the column in place (you can see only 2 of them as the other 2 are covered with shadow)

Sorry for any mistakes - English is not my native language.

P.S. I already have the inserts but still don't know which method is best.

EDIT: Ok, I figured it out. I will use standard inserts.
