enroute3 to control old camtech routemaster

I have a old camtech routermaster 52 (1990), using a controller and software call tpcwin, to send the cut file to it and use the controller to control everything afterward.
I just want to know if enroute3 can control this router xyz directly or not, what do I need to do?
right now it is using the serial port to send the os and send the file to the controller first.

Am looking for description of how to change out the old dos controller for a newer type to run newer software. What is needed to be change and what is best brand to use and cost. In bad need to change as lighting may have hit the controller as computer can not find anymore. Camtech router master 52
