| Webinar - Tuesday, October 25th (12 pm EST) Just when you think you have everything figured out, someone mentions 2.5D cutting. What does that mean anyway? 2.5D cutting, also known as 3D Engraving, is toolpathing that is done based on the angle or radius of a bit allowing for better cleanout and more detail. Because the bit tapers to an increasingly smaller diameter, 2.5D toolpathing allows you to cut things that might not be practical with 2D cutting, which is particularly helpful with small text and graphics. Spend some time to learn more about 2.5D cutting and all of the things it can do. 2.5D Toolpaths include: • 3D Engrave Internal • 3D Engrave External • 3D Engrave/Open Contour Offset – “Follow Contour” • Island or Hatch Fill with 3D Clean Pass • Pyramid Tool Register even if you can not attend and we will email you a link to the webinar recording.
