Enroute to Mach 3 cutting problem-seeking advice

Hi guys, ive finally got the machine working and motors calibrated. Im using Enroute to process my Gcode from Flexisign.
I drew a square 2x2" with sharp corners, but then Mach3 reads the gcode it adds some circle on the top left corner and the sharp edges are replaced by 45dregree angle! EnrouteMach3. also the X axis cuts 1/16 more than it should be.
Any advice? Thanks once again for any light that can be shared on this issue.
