Anyone have any idea how I would go about programming a tangential knife with Enroute 4? I work at a sign shop and I only cut 2D, mostly common shapes from Aluminum, MDF, Acrylic, PVC, etc... but we also make Melamine signs (1/32" raised text) and I have never found a good solution for cutting the rubber sandblasting mask. I have cut it with everything imaginable.. engraving tools, 1/32" endmill, a drag knife, and the tangential knives I keep hearing are the best. Any suggestions would be much obliged. | I found that the inkscape have a plugin can generate tangent knife g-code for A axis, if you have the right hardware please test it and let us know if it works. The plugin is at:cnc-club.ru • |
