    Enroute Pro 4.1 posting glitch?

I've been using Enroute Pro 4.1 as long as it's been out. I've recently had some problems with the software posting G3 or G2 full circle commands in places the verification doesn't show them. In other words, the software appears to be verifying my part correctly, but when I post the code and run it, it will sometimes throw these commands in my design and cut right through the design. I tried a couple different post processors and the same errors happen. I was just curious if anyone else has had this problem? It's happening on Island fill use when I have say a 1/4" end mill , then a 1/16" end mill, and then a 90 conic. On the 1/16" end mill, it has the error in the final clean-up. Verification looks good (show no error), but the real code produces error cutting.

For anyone who is interested. It appears the problem has been fixed. It involved a recalibration in one of my posts. If you experience this problem, I can direct you to the location in the post to make the adjustments. It stumped Enroute for a while, but they finally figured it out.
