hi all


my prob is minor but seems to ceased my machine my production

i hav a multicam 5000 series multihead, the communtion from pc and machine seems to ok ,bcoz job server seems to be ok
i cannot execute file, bcoz b4 execution the key pad show "validating job" but after that machine hangs , i cannot start job

i tried removing all the other driver and add multicam 3d in active driver setup. i checked reinstalling enroute. i hav sme doubts on communicatio
wht i want is tht is there anything wrong in enroute.. plz i want help

It seems for PSS problem than machine problem. At first try to reinstall/install newer ver. of PSS or upgrade. Other files are working fine or has the same problem?WHat is the size of job?If you can attach, just do it,I can test it for you
