Old Gravograph vx

Hi
I´m the owner of 2 old Gravograph vx machines, in one of the machines the board is broken, and the other one the floppy is totally wasted.
question one : is it possible to control the VX with a normal pc
question two : how do i get all my logos from disk to the pc

any help would be appreciated

1. Yes you can but at a cost! See previous forum discussions - think it was under VXM....

2. Not easy to take a VX logo off of a disc and save it as a PC based software e.g. HPGL / DXF

If you can engrave a sample and scan it into your PC this is the easiest way.

New floppy drives can be purchased from Pantograph Services in the UK - contact details on their website. Can also ask them about repair to board.
